Eslam has over 15 years’ experience as financial advisor in energy sector, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and project finance. He trained as graduate accountant and spent over decade in Big-4 firms in London (PwC and EY).
 

He is a former member of EY’s EMEA M&A Energy Centre of Excellence, an energy-specialised team of 4 based in London and has advised on 50+ transactions within the energy sector.
 

He is London based and has a freelance client portfolio comprising 9 different clients across 5 countries, primarily focused on Middle East and African energy sector. He also supports Shell’s Renewable Energy deal team as senior financial advisor.
 

Eslam is fluent in English and Arabic (all North African dialects), with competent French.
 

He holds BA Accounting & Finance (M&A dissertation) and MBA degrees and is a chartered certified accountant.
