Yves is a corporate finance and restructuring executive with over 35 years of
corporate finance and investment experience.

He has extensive experience sourcing and structuring funding for multi-sector
investments and managing mainly energy-related assets, including renewable
energy and fossil fuel production and logistic facilities, vessels, ports, storage, and infrastructure.

Yves has been a lead advisor on investment financing and transaction structuring for several multi-national energy and maritime private and governmental supported projects. 

His roles have involved debt financing, leasing structures, equity raise,
development of partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, governmental cooperation, export credit, covering transactions across renewable and traditional energy, logistics, upstream and downstream, trade finance with Capital 2050, Massoel Shipping, Fair Energy, Lukoil group, and Bank Paribas.

Yves holds an MBA from Thunderbird University, Phoenix in the USA and a
Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Geneva in Switzerland.
